I have trained two so far. Each were about a month before turning three. I just waited until I was *sure* they knew what they were doing in that diaper of theirs.

My first one, basically did it herself. She just didn't want to wear her diaper anymore.

The second one, I was getting her ready for her bath, and had already taken her diaper off. She *told* me she had to go pee pee. I put her on the potty and she peed. So I knew at that point it was "time".

I have one more. I don't think he is near ready. Although, he doesn't like to be in a poopy diaper very long.

Basically I use the Potty training in a day method. Although it takes more like a week. :)
