Tinseltown, like many other cities in America, has seen its share of breakups. From Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe’s finalized divorce to rumors swirling about the state of Madonna and Guy Richie’s marrige you wish them all the best as children are involved. And, the breakup of families is, well, heartbreaking. But, some couples don’t call it quits until after their offspring are out of the house.

Like Dad, like daughter. For the Travoltas, movie making has become a family affair. John Travolta was on set filming the upcoming comedy Old Dogs with his wife, Kelly Preston and their eight-year-old, Ella Bleu. The flick also stars funny man, Robin Williams. Though Ella may be her mother’s daughter, she certainly got her father’s looks. The twosome share the same dark hair, brilliant baby blues, wide smile, cheekbones and chin. While daddy’s got a laundry list of films on his resume from Grease to Saturday Night Fever to Hairspray, it’s his lil cutie that we’re excited to see on the big screen.

There is a new baby in the Spears clan! Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiancé Casey Aldridge welcomed a baby girl Thursday morning. PEOPLE confirms exclusively that the baby was named Maddie Briann. “Just the family was there,” says a source about the birth around 9:30 a.m. at a hospital in Mississippi, near her Louisiana hometown. “Everyone is healthy and happy.”              source

An amusement park for parents and children? Take me to it! Whether your child watches Sesame Street religiously or is a casual viewer, Sesame Place is destination for families looking for adventure this summer.

Located about 30 miles north of Philadelphia, the park features more than 30 attractions, including a dozen water rides, three live shows (including a live production of Elmo’s World), daily parades and visits from the entire Sesame crew. I was cruising around the blogosphere looking for some unique gifts and clothing for kids and I came across this sweet blog, http://www.babyfashiongifts.blogs.com  during my search. I instantly liked it because it had a very relaxed friendly feel to it. The most recent post was about baby political tees which is an idea that I always liked. I know some will say that kids and politics should never mix but I say who cares! There is nothing wrong with a baby or young child wearing a political tee as long as it’s not tacky, or offensive which is something you’d assume a parent would not have to be warned about to begin with. I plan on ordering some soon for my soon for my friend who has a 6 month old boy.

When Keri McCartney was 6-months pregnant, doctors discovered a large tumor growing from her unborn baby’s tailbone. Though the growth was non-cancerous, it was full of blood vessels and as big as the fetus itself, presenting a deadly threat.

In February, doctors at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston removed the fetus from McCartney’s uterus, took out the tumor and then returned the fetus. Ten weeks later, on May 3, Macie Hope McCartney was born again. Read The Full Story
