Honestly, It seems silly. How many kids can sit calmly tied to a chair? Maybe they can. I would expect lots of stares from concerned onlookers wondering why a child is tied up. Knowing my own kids the Tot-tye would probably work for about five minutes and then they would thrash about trying to escape probably knocking the chair back while everyone watches in horror. I prefer the restraint of a high chair, but there are times traditional high chairs aren't available. So maybe this product might do the trick. I'm up in the air about the Tot-Tye.
